Edit: she has easy versions and the normal versions.
Yes, there is a "easy access" version but I would ignore it since it doesn't really have what makes electrics strong, use DF2 instead.
At high levels of course you need electrics, but in noob ranks it's fine.
On the other hand, she is considerably more complex than Heihachi due to her 4 different stances.
Getting them is a huge plus, but not mandatory for her. Unless you wanna get to the top end high ranks in competitive.
She's a very "high tier" character compared to others that require either more complex execution or better mind games.
Jin does play a bit differently compared to Reina, Kazuya etc but he is still very accessible and can perform well
