For example i have the mod of Nina's Death By Degrees make up because they finally make her look like the beautiful original Nina of T2-3, DBD.
(after 22 years Nina is finally beautiful and not an abomination)
If you use cheating mods like auto blocking and some others that exploit the game in gameplay, credits etc then you will get ban eventualy.
There is 2 agreements. One is EULA and we all need to agree.
Another one is sending your data, you can deny that. It can have mod installation.
Bandai Namco is much loose than Capcom. I don't like Capcom's policy that creating unattractive character based on political correct people, then don't allow mods.
In Teken 7, they banned many account including pro player who unlocked new DLC character illigaly. They may do similar thing on T8, but not sure yet.
lots of people uses the SSR/SSL mod and no one is being banned for that
