Steam overlay sometimes stuck.
Do anyone else have same issue? When stuck, i must alt f4 quit the game.

I've got the same issue, also when I get done with character customization or alt-tab, the game switches screen to the one not plugged in to the graphics card.

You mean the invisible overlay?
Just hit your shortcut / alt tab a few time.

But agreed, just new overlay things

I generally disable steam overlay to avoid issues

I'm usually able to click close overlay in the top right when the hotkey stops working
