lmao.
u guys are funny.
it doesnt matter we all know wifi is spotty. I can tell who relies on lag for wins. everone block this cheater
EDIT: Upgraded so it's fine now.
yup I think that is whats happening. the game might have been desyncing due to some unknown bug. offline game does not stutter but online it does not matter rank, casual, lobby match it just gives me tons of rollback frames. its not as bad as sf5 but it happens and I can't blame the players when the game isn't optimized.
but using 4g/5g router
you can see their icon as wired if they connect their pc<->router with cable
but its still 4g/5g so its can get worse than typical wifi
yup it go red and green constantly changing. its only green before the match starts.
you can ping to your own router and see for yourself
you can have 2ms latency for like 10sec and suddenly jump to 50+ or even 100+ for few sec and went down to 2ms again
its because the data travel through air in a wave form which so many interference factor such as your house wall, other wireless device, neighbor wifi, or any other electric device that emit same wavelength as your router's wifi
but if you do with cable, you will get the same speed all the time
if you have super expensive router or you sit just next to the router, fine, it greatly reduce the interference and you will have better ping.
but how many wifi user do that??
its worth the risk to accept them??
"is worth the risk"
i guess it is? im not putting nothing of value at risk, u guys really get so stressed about loosing a match and getting some points reducted from ur tekken score?
well, for me, i dont give a damn about if player is using wifi or lan, there's people with awful lan networking at home, sharing the same switch with other pcs / consoles / devices, and u can have the same awful connection.
hell, there's people who could just use a virtual lan connection and fool everyone into thinking they are using LAN.
sorry, but it's just dumb how u think a icon with some color bars could mean someone have prestine internet, exclusive for tekken.
it's more probable a pc player could be torrenting content, or downloading stuff while playing over a console player.
