Cross platform on Steam is only with XBOX and Steam users? I never faced any PS dogs yet.

Yes, Tekken 8 has crossplay. Regardless of platform, all players can jump into matches with each other, whether they're on PlayStation, PC or Xbox.

You won’t see PlayStation tags on the on the pc version because it’s a trademarked icon

You just get some generic console icon instead to indicate whether your opponent is on a console and it doesn’t specify whether they’re on Xbox or PlayStation

Crossplay is with all consoles

I understood it as there is cross-play between all platforms. But honestly, I haven't looked at the details yet. In any case, there are enough players for matches.
