How do you do this combo with King?

You about chain grab or 1,2,db4?

I assume you mean the chain throw. It's in his movelist, towards the end. He has a few different ones

but i was wondering if you can just keep mashing 1+3 like df,1+3 do for the chain throw?

you can mash ki charge for all of his chain throws. To do certain options during the chain throw though you will have to remember some of the inputs
