They really need to enforce a Performance Benchmark for playing online

If you change your settings at all, or hardware, it really needs to force you run a full round benchmark before it lets you play online - or at least Ranked Matches.

If your settings or hardware can't keep a rock solid 60FPS/no stuttering during the match then you should just be blocked from playing online (at least Ranked) until you pass the benchmark again. It's not like other games where bad performance just affects your enjoyment - it actively affects your opponent too.

And it's really annoying when playing FGs that whenever an effect appears (like COUNTER in GG or a HEAT in T8) the game slows down and stutters like you just kicked their PC directly in the CPU.

I agree.
At the very least there should be a performance filter and wifi filter that lets you auto ignore any connections not able to maintain the game at 60fps.
