I found a simple way. Activate special move button. (LB on xbox 360 gamepad) then keep pressing Y with intervals. Profit.

The problem with this approach is that your EWGF are 15-18 frame, not 14 frame like you manual input, because if you press the first button in Special Style repeatedly, it'll do a combo, so you have to wait for it to "get out" of that combo structure to do another EWGF again, so the delay are like around 2-3 frame, so it's a cool effect with a little bit damage, not able to do in combo like 3-4 electrics. So it's just better to do normal wind god fist, it's 15 frame by hand. The only benefit they manual doing it is to get 13 and 14 frame out of it.
