I really don't get the whole 'everyone has to play at 60fps' thing that fighting game devs seem to insist on on the basis of 'no unfair advantages'. Already netcode makes that completely moot, it's like there are more serious things to be concerned about when netcode is this spotty and bad than whether someone is running at an interpolated higher framerate or not. And ppl can be playing on a Hitbox, Snackbox, Microbox, regular gamepad, stick, etc, so the whole 'unfair advantages' horse has left the barn completely, your opponent on a Hitbox/Snackbox already has an unfair advantage over a pad/stick player to begin with.
Also, 60 fps is normal for fighting games, there's no reason here to unlock fps.
It requires 4K for PS5 spec as PS4 dropped. But 1080p would not need so much.
GTX1080 is system is also working fine.
If you complain performance, you should list your hardware that you having the issues.
The fps drop before the game is fine as it is prerendering to not having FPS drop in battle. DOA6 seems not do the optimization, then no fps drop before match but fps drop on poor system in battle. I much prefer prerendering optimization.
And if you believe the issues, you should file bug report with detail hardware info to Bandai Namco.

Game is good, but there is something going on with that.
