Polaris Crash - Arcade Quest / Fight Lounge

I can play ranked and whatnot, but if I even so attempt to enter the lounge or arcade quest, I crash right away. Tried "-dx12" in launch options, tried updating my GPU drivers (got a 2080 super) and repairing installation. Anyone?

Same issue, arcade quest crashes right away. Everything else works as expected.
Don't want to update windows just for DX12 update, so waiting for a fix of some sort.

Specifically Lounge and Arcade Quest for me. It's taking a bit too long, I wonder if it can be fixed on their end

i have the polaris issue when starting the game. it crashes instantly

I tried verify the file it did nothing I also reinstalled my game again it´s same crashes

I also keep having polaris crashes but every single time has been after matchmacking as soon as it starts loading a match, it keeps happening at least once every 4-5 games

I actually always had this issue since the first time they released the Fighting Lounge back in CBT. Many people couldn't join and had many crashes, in response, Namco did a hotfix but it never solved my problem. I honestly never joined a single room due to this error, always crashes at the loading screen where you can see the "world image".

Try my guide. It's fixed the crash for me and some others, but there's still some people that get the error regardless. It's at least worth a shot.
