Save data corrupted, lost everything

This PC > Local Disk, Users > (username) > AppData (if you don't see it, enable hidden folders) > Local > Tekken 8 > Saved

Lucky for me i had some saved on my steamdeck and backed them up, now i have to do it every time....

if you haven't backed up your game (or used another pc htat had that save file) you are are cooked. I was lucky to get the save file from my steam deck

I don't trust it.

Ironically, in Tekken 7 Steam cloud actually CORRUPTED your save files.

When I enabled cloud sync, it wiped out all my customizations, and then synced it to all devices, so I couldn't even recover anything from another machine.

Fortunately I had a manual backup, I would have been so pissed off if I didn't.

you risk your save got corrupted if you trust the cloud

Never had problems with Steam Cloud, but I use only one device. One time I was asked, though, what save file to keep - old version or new (corrupted), I picked old one.
Though, I still have manual backups for some games just in case (like SC6 with custom characters).
