Doesn't matter what I do, cannot find games online, don't have any issue playing tekken 7 or other games.

doesn't matter if queuing for player match or ranked cannot find opponents even with no restrictions on connection, with the occasional 1 bar from across the world.

If i make a private lobby with a friend in the same city as me we have 300ms ping plus,

what is bandai doing to release a game so broken in terms of it's online, this is not even the same issue as the crashes and has not be corrected since release.

same like me now, i did same problem, im from indonesia,
first of all i have this problem was reject 3 wifi players while in the game, and then all day long i dont have any opponent until now
always have notif "connection quality did not meet conditions " when i go online ranked or quick match, or lounge

I am from India and I am facing the exact issue.
My online matchmaking seems to be extremely slow, with only 1-2 matches available in an hour.
When I attempt to invite some of my online Steam friends to the Tekken session, I can't see them. Although I used to play with them in Tekken 7, I'm currently unable to do so in Tekken 8.

The issue is NAT type 3, for some reason T8 will not work on dynamic Servers like T7 and somehow you get ported to Ameica, Asia, e.t.c the only solution so far is to use a vpn or manually port the game yourself but its difficult or call your ISP and ask them to move you to a Static Connection which most of the time requires a small fee, my ISP doesnt provide static internet or the ability to modify the NAT myself so im stuck with using a VPN that can only get me around 80-100 ms so hoping Bandai Namco fix this

Same here. Im currently living in Japan, and it was connecting me to America Servers. I switched my region on my computer....and it didnt help. Will try the VPN and see if it helps.

Agreed. None of us bought the game to call our ISPs. Namco should fix this.

Change to NAT 2.
Go to your router 192.168.?.?, turn on your DMZ(choose your PC ip) and turn on UPnP.
If you have NAT modes " Symmetric and Cone " this will not help you. Because "Cone" is NAT 3 , "Symmetric" is NAT 4.

I have UPnP enabled, and all the ports are forwarded.
Isnt enabling DMZ unsafe tho?

There is already a huge reddit post on it and I don't think this DMZ stuff is gonna fix the problem.

Also, none of us bought the game to mess with our router settings that works for every other game perfectly, including Tekken 7. This is for devs to solve and they must do it or this is gonna be another KOF XV, where people will always say " game being good does not matter when matchmaking is broken".
