Can not change Screen Mode from Full Screen?

Does anyone know why my Screen Mode might be locked to Full Screen?
If i want to change the Screen Mode it will auto reset to Full Screen immediately after.
I am trying to get it on Borderless Window,

Same issue, didnt have this problem in the demo must be something on their end

Might be HDR toggle that off see if that helps my issue though is it won’t let me set my native resolution in borderless full screen but I can set It in full screen 5,120 X 1,440
