the game only shows EU player in player matches After the update please fix it
before the update i used to find all regions which is good
Longest time the game stays up is from one to two hours. Just now it crashed at Yukushima or at least in the field where apparently others have issues too. I am truly disappointed, I've played all Tekken games and this is the one I'm having trouble with. So, Harada and Namco, could you kindly fix your game? I was already upset with GameReactor for that rating, but if I had known about this situation, I wouldn't have given that either. A game shouldn't be released at all if it still has such significant bugs/issues.

I even bought new components (MSI Pro B650-S Wifi + Ryzen 5 7600X + 32GB DDR5 6000Mhz) still crashed same as before.

Yrah but the funny thing is...on my B450..3800xt 32 gb ram...6600 8gb gpu absolutely no problem..
So the question is...why do some setups crash...and why do others not.
That's the difficulty about developing for pc with all those different setups out there...
It's easy for consoles cause you know the hardware is the same so you can easily optimize for them.....pc is different.
My game crashes after I press "Tekken Lounge" or "Quick Match". Haven't played a single online match because of it. FIX IT PLS
getting the lowlevelfatalerror crash constantly, although the timing is inconsistent. Sometimes i get nearly an hour out of it. Sometimes its as soon as the game loads,
very annoying to say the least

I have exactly the same problem as you

Do you get weird artifacting after around 10 matches or so? this stopped the crashes but I need to restart my game every hour or so because the artifacting makes my characters invisible, every stage completely invisible etc.

I have same problem, bro (

This has been working for me so far. I am on AMD and was crashing only on Fallen Destiny. Tried just about everything else, this has prevented crashes the longest. I am hesitant to say it's a complete fix just yet though.

Left it on Fallen Destiny for about an hour in training mode with no activity, then did training mode for an hour or so just messing around. At this point it would have crashed a few times most likely. Then played a few ghost battles, as this along with online matches was a virtual guarantee to crash on this stage, and it went just fine.

Will update when I have a chance to play some more.

I haven't noticed anything like that, sorry to hear that it's still buggy. I will definitely let you know if I have anything like that with the mod installed.

Wanted to just confirm though that this, so far, this has worked. Day 2, several hours played and lots of testing on Fallen Destiny to try and cause a crash, but it's been stable so far. With the other fixes it would crash pretty reliably. Hesitant to say it's a total fix as sometimes the stage would function fine for me before this.

For anyone wondering I am on:

Ryzen 5 3600
Asus RX 5600 XT
16g ram
installed to SSD

All settings medium/low, TSR upscaling (idk what difference it might make)

If it crashes again on this or other stages I'll try and update this.
I have problems with "initalizesequence error 3" and "initalizesequence error 1" like everything update my laptop and still there.

My laptop: MSI gv62 8RE
pass around 4-5 years still used it.

Maybe it should get new one PC?
Just updating to inform that disabling hyperthreading on my 8700k although reducing the crashes has not prevented them entirely, crashed today on Yakushima ranked game.

I have updated my ticket with Namco as I had told them a few hours prior that it seemed to be a fix, which was extra frustrating as I held off on updating them for this exact reason. Played all weekend without a crash.

If you havent already I highly encourage you to raise a ticket with Namco directly via the support link for your respective region in the pinned post as they do not read anything here as it has clearly been abandoned since launch.

The semi good news is that this seems common enough that if enough tickets are raised there are much higher odds of this being addressed, even though communication has been dreadful on their part thus far.
This bug was in the beta and now it's in the game and Bamco response is "update the drivers" and touch the bios. ♥♥♥♥ them lol

So they do recognize that there is an issue your options are turn down settings turn off over clocks use the registry edit (which avoids the dxg fatal but locks up your system to where you have to hard reset your PC) or just don't play and wait for a patch. Being on PC we are in the minority therefore we may never get the treatment we deserve from bandai.
After having major crashes, full pc hangs and tweaking every setting to get this game playable, I found this post linked in a Twitch chat which helped immensely.

The post talks about Graphics optimisation which goes over tweaks and IG settings. Later in the 'in-game' settings section, the author recommends changing to the "TAAU" rendering engine, specifically for AMD cards (which I have). I changed this setting and essentially since then, the game has stopped crashing.

To that end, I think changing this rendering option to TAAU or other non-gpu specific rendering engines may be useful for both AMD and NVidia cards, as the hardware specific renderers seem to be crashing. The guide also has some useful tips to turn down graphics if necessary to increase performance, so I'd recommend trying some of those bits too if you have an older / lower power GPU.

Best of luck to you all and keep submitting tickets to Namco in the meantime.

Before the recent update, the game used to run at 55-60 fps to me during matches. After update, my fps fell drastically to 29fps, which made my matches run in slow motion, plus blurry graphics. Do, does it mean that my laptop won't be able to run Tekken 8 like before?

P.S: my Nvidia driver is already updated to the latest version

My laptop specs:
- Intel® Core™ i7-113700H (3,30 GHz up to 4,80 GHz)
- 16 GB RAM
- NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1650 4 GB GDDR6
- 512 GB SSD (still got lot of storage avaiable)
For out of video memory error, i found one thing that fixed it. In My Computer properties or System app in about section> Advanced system settings > Advanced tab performance settings > Advanced> In virtual memory section click change> Click on your drive and change to system managed size, click set and then click ok
Constant "Connection did not met selected criteria." even whe i set it to NO RESTRICTIONS! WTF?! Also when someone is found they always w8 till timer reach "0"! Fix online already! And give forsed time out to AFK matchmakers!!!
