Can't sync My Tekken 8 save to Steam Cloud !

I either get cloud error or it gets stuck at uploading !!

So i tried multiple networks , suddenly it worked when i used my sim cards network and used hopspot sharing on pc

Had a same issue, first time you need to wait like 10 min maybe even more.
And after that every other time is like maybe 30sec or 1 min.
