Teken DLC characters will be actual 10 euros. (Possibly more sense the Pass is 40 euros and i asume its a save money kind of deal)
SFVI has BS currency system that makes you spend minimum 10 euros for one character but you have leftover currency and need to spend 5 on the next DLC. Or 29 total for all 4 characters per year. (Pass is 30 euros but you also get all colors for base costume for that extra Euro)

Come to think of it, he could have played a big role in the story mode. Reina vs. Akuma. Kayzua vs. Akuma. Jin vs. Akuma. It would have been pretty cool! At least as a boss fight.
