Heat system ruins Tekken

First you add fireballs and supers in Tekken 7 which ruin the classic pacing. Now everyone gets V triggers? It's like Harada is recycling all of Capcom's old ideas.

The old gameplay was garbage. people said the same about tekken 7. but tekken becomes bigger and bigger, not smaller, so they are clearly doing something right.

i am happy about all the changes, in the end games are about fun, not about some 40 year old elitist who played the first SNES game of a series and doesnt want anything to change

It opens the door for guest characters Sf6==>T8 or T8==>Sf6

in sf5 certain characters in v-trigger basically won the round for you, i dont see that happening here

You must be the small minority that don't like Game Improvement/Progress considering Tekken 7 Community loved it even at EVO Tournaments. There were barely any negative throughout the Tekken 7 lifespan for ppl demanding it to be removed.

Tekken 7 had crappy netcode. It was released in Asia before coming out in the west which meant the competitive scene was terrible for years before the west caught up.

Akuma, Geese Howard Only non Tekken simps wanted these meta destroying turds in Tekken.

Fahkuram and Leory. Tekken comp scene was a joke again when these two came out.

Customization in Tekken 7 is WORSE than Tekken 6. You stans who talk about "improvement" and "Progress" look like morons when you speak to someone who actually played Tekken since the beginning.

Tekken Bowling. Cmon simps please defend this.

The only think Tekken 8 did right was to not be on the PS4.

I disagree. I hate the heat system, basically turns every character into a stance character and if you don't like stance characters like I don't then the entire game is pretty much ruined for you. At least in Tekken if you didn't want to play as a 2D character, you didn't have to. Now everyone is forced to learn stances for every character with the heat function. I can't stand it.

It HAD crappy netcode but since rollback got introduced....I ( based in West Europe ) have occasionally been put in a match against a lot of people from the USA...some africa...asia and even south america.
Ok..in the case of SA and Africa the lag was somewhat noticable....being put in a match against people in those continents speajs volumes about the improvement the game made talking about online gameplay.

Next to that what people tend to forget....name me another 3d (!!!!!) fighting game that does better...with the emphasis on the 3d part..!!!!!
