I would say most newbie friendly Tekken there is.

The Tekken series has a whole is really not, but I'd say Tekken 8 is definitely the most noob friendly of them all. This is the best time to get into Tekken.

Sure, release time is also the best moment to jump in since there will be a lot of other newbies playing.
As long as you don't get angry when you lose.

Thanks! The last time I've played Tekken 6 on my PSP, but in singleplayer

Yes and no, it depends.

This is probably the best one to get into Tekken, just know that the skill ceiling is extremely high as the game has a ton of depth.

If you don't mind that it's fine to just jump in and experience the game and start learning.
The fun part is that you know there's always something to improve on.
if you want future tekken games to be friendly you really should consider buying this one . if sales do bad they might never be as nice to actually show the player

lol no
Def. not but on release it has a 3 months honeymoon phase ,is where you should play it . Rest is to play in custom rooms. You must know there are a lot of player who play these characters for 10years or more so pulling out same combos or commands became a natural reflex. Tekken is a legacy comands based fighting game.
Theres a reason why tekken is more popular with casuals than sf, kof, etc. Its because its easy to pick up, press buttons, and have fun with it. & They have only made it easier to do that with autocombos

Oh any game is the hardest fighting game but Tekken 8 took out the need for wr cancels so its become easier to defend and prep..
It just feels a bit slower than T7 but I'm sure that's just new game feel.

The backdash is definitely slower and you don't get as much distance on your backdashes in this game. After playing the demo I felt like I was underwater for the first few hours until I got used to it. I didn't play tekken 7 until like 3 years into it's release but people who have told me that T7 also felt slow and stiff and that eventually they made backdashing better after a while. I think we are probably going to get the same treatment in this game where eventually over time movement will gradually get buffed.
