Yes I meant the lab where I can play against a dlc character. That way i can practice against unsafe moves and see what frames they are.
But you will not be able to do that if you haven't bought the dlc character.
Tekken is a competitive game , therefor you need to have atleast access to the dlc characters in the lab as an opponent. To figure out the frames.
You can do it in replay. But you don't have access to all of the moves. You are limited by the fact which moves your opponent does.
Imho you need to be able to atleast view all of the moves of dlc characters to know how to react.
I have already bought the ultimate edition but from a competitive standpoint it's not competitive friendly for people who don't want to spend more money on character they don't want to use only for Lab purposes.
ofcourse. It's just a minor issue I found with Tekken 8.
For example when Eddy Gordo comes arround you want to know the frames and properties.
And the only way to do that is by spending more money.
But like I said , I already bought the game incl season pass but some dlc characters I'm not interested in but still have to spend money to know 100% of their moves.
Of course that would be too consumer friendly so it won't happen.
Well not to have access to them in the sense of playing. But to select a dlc character as an opponent. That way you can understand him withouth the need of paying money
If you can't, then you shouldn't be able to play against them online either.
