Tekken 8 Resolution

I downloaded the tekken 8 demo and upon launching the game, my monitor indicated that it could not display the input due to its resolution.

My monitors resolution is 1600x900 but Tekken 8 demo keeps launching at 1920x1080. as a result, I can not play the game. It is literally the only game in my library that I have this issue with.

Does anyone know a way to remedy this?

go to C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\TEKKEN 8 Demo\Saved\Config\Windows
open GameUserSettings.ini with notepad and change
ResolutionSizeX=1600
ResolutionSizeY=900

I could not recommend playing this game at anything lower than 2560 x 1440 honestly the amount of blurry aliasing you would have to look at will probably not be very enjoyable to you,

I'd play at that resolution of I could. But 1080 and 1440p monitors are Hella costly and hard to come by my country. I'll probably just buy a tv. For some reason those are a lot cheaper and more affordable here😂.

Go to the properties of Polaris-Win64-Shipping.exe file that is inside
TEKKEN 8 Demo\Polaris\Binaries\Win64
then change high dpi settings according to application.

Do this for every game before starting it for the first time and you will never get any problem like this.

I have to prioritize fps on my potato PC to not annoy my online opponents. I have no choice but to embrace the blurriness

Playing at 1280*720 lol... I can have higher AA and post process settings at this res, which actually looks better than 1920*1080 with everything set to low.

You can play 1440p on 1080p monitor. It still makes it less blurry.
