Xiao Yu speaks both Chinese and Japanese, she's currently attending high school in Japan with a few of the cast so she speaks Japanese.
Same for Alisa, she go's to the same school and is Jins pet/security guard, right now she's on "Japanese language" mode.
Lucky Chloe works for Kazuya as an Idol and as such speaks Japanese to represent a Japanese company.
Obviously OP is joking and trying to farm awards but still some fun little lore anyway.
So unless they broke tradition and added a JP dub option to have everyone exclusively speak Japanese, then no. Also, even if they did that some characters may be exempt from that rule anyways (usually guest characters, but not always).
