No, I don't think there is an option to tell the game to run 1:1 without any upscaling algorithm, or if there is, I didn't find it among the options.
I guess it's the TAA thing is no scaling. After that the scaling is grey for me and no longer available.

I didn't have any issues during the demo. Ran smoothly. Remained a constant 60-FPS with every graphical setting set to Ultra + AMD FSR 2.0 Quality. I didn't experience any lag nor framerate issues.

40 FPS in the main menu at low settings. 1 FPS at high or ultra settings.

Just happy that it is even working on Linux and seems to be working great on Steam Deck, so chances are good that the full version will be great soon.
Did some more testing.

CPU uses about 3% while the game is running at 40FPS. Not sure how to find my GPU usage in DX12 games, but the fan isn't turning on or anything.

Game log file is filled with "Ignoring stencilTestEnable due to lack of stencil aspect." - Not sure what it means if anything.

It appears if I try to set the upscale to anything but Catmull-Rom-Bicubic. The game acts relatively fine until you close it, but I almost never got the game open again because the FPS dropped so hard on a restart. So I not touching that option for the time being, lol.

i can run the game at 60 FPS on low graphics

Processor AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics
Video Card AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics
Video Card #2 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
Operating System Windows 10
RAM 16 GB

and that's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ass card if you ask me!
might replace it soon!

Excellent performance. 3060ti. 4k with DLSS on. Stable 60 fps

I just spent a while comparing with the PS5 demo. Identical performance. The only disappointment would be there are no extra effects or lighting improvements to go BEYOND what the PS5 can do.

But performance is great.

I got two PC's , an old one with a 2060 super and a new one with a 3070 and it's running fine on both of them at 1440p max settings, no frame drops

alot of you don't know ♥♥♥♥ about computers that's why the game runs bad for you, you're either playing the game with 5 internet pages open and other crap, or you haven't updated your windows and GPU drivers since your daddy bought you your PC, or you have like 50 crypto mining viruses running in the background cause you don't know ♥♥♥♥ about PC maintenance , or you think laptops are good for gaming and you're trying to run the game off a laptop GPU .
Oh how I love these "smart guys"...

For example, I have Chrome with almost 100 tabs open, Deezer, Discord with stream, the Calculator, Editor and the game open and barely get to 16 GB of RAM usage total.
The CPU and GPU is hit by about 1% each, so I highly doubt that this will tank my PC...
And in the battles max settings and TAA I have all the time 60 FPS, no single drop. Only the movies have some prerendered stuff, which drops to 30 with a frame limiter.
Still the question of why 120 FPS are only unlocked in loading screens is a riddle.
And closing the programs change exactly, nothing, yay...
The game hits the GPU around 40% - 60% at 4096x2160 and the CPU with a maximum of 10%, so yeah, it sure is the limitations...
And I have a clean system without any unknown processess, so yeah, here too...
You are sure mister "smart" guy 2023...

My Hardware:
RTX 4080
Intel i9 12900K @5,1/4,0 GHz
32 GB DDR5-6000 RAM

The gameplay is locked to 60fps....in like all fighting games. It's literally designed around 60fps. Increasing frames would mess with the literal frame data the game is designed around.

Ya and you can tell when they use that BS 120 fps mod with the 2+ frame advantage.. It's like those players can button read. Always report those clowns to BNEA.

No, I don't use Mods in online games, because that's cheating.
If I play offline, okay.
Never ever used the higher FPS mod in Elden Ring.

that's good, I think most people don't get how jank those mods are for the other player.

FSR 1.0 with scaling set to 100 (or any other mode that lets you set the scaling) will run at native resolution.

just tested it on my rx590, ryzen 5 2600x, ssd m2, nis upscailing, ultra settings - have almost stable 60 fps during fights, only small drops to 50-55 during rage art or other attacs with huge amount of fx, great optimisation i think!

How is it that a AMD gpu can use NIS (nvidia image scaling?)

I don't think I've ever seen NIS in-game in ANY game other than this UE5 demo before...

I commend Bandai for exposing nearly every upscaler known to man, possible... (Never heard of the Cubic Upscaler thingy either.)
really dunno, cos i've never heard about this type of upscailing, but with that filter the picture really sharp and smooth, and it rly runs perfect on amd. Maybe it is the way to turn off upscailing at all, by choose unsupported type, cos the graphics looks toi sharp for any upscailing that i used before

Performance is a smooth 60fps at all times here. You're responsible for your PC performance and making sure everything works correctly.

Time to upgrade brudda. I just built a new PC and it is buttery smooth.

Hey man, im having the same hardware as you, i find this curious, mine runs great on ultra 1080p, BUT! i found that if you open the Task manager( let it open while you play) it fix the FPS drops, well, it helps for me on everygame i play.
Hope it helps
