How do you rank up your skills?

for update 0.3, you have to go near your guild chest and click on the scroll upgrade pillar.
If your skill is max level for its rank, it will appear in the interface on the left, you can click on it and then use your blank scrolls.
You can buy blank scrolls, or get them from the interface in the center of the scroll upgrade table...

For update 0.4, you will be able to rank up the same way as to level up, but the ranks will be with honor (opt in the challenge tower) and the levels with gold coins.
