what's going on? why isn't my game working?

I keep trying to play the game, but the window won't appear. The audio is still working, and the tab shows up on my taskbar at the bottom of my screen, but there is not window for the actual game no matter what I do.

For some reason, it won't let me finish the sister Konatsu's story Arc. When I try to start a new game, the specific choices to choose her route don't come up anymore. I was playing it earlier and now I suddenly can't. my save for it some how locked.
