Has anybody received the preorder Persona 5 outfit DLC?

I activated a "Soul Hackers 2 - Digital Premium Edition - Pre Purchase - [Digital] (RoW)" key from an official reseller and have all the DLC except the preorder bonus.

Wondering if this is normal and the last DLC appear when the game unlocks.

I pre-ordered the premium edition from steam, and the DLC still does not appear (it will appear once the game is released)

strange I didn't get it either(6 only), but it will probably show up in the client at release

can confirm, i have 7 dlcs on dlc page of the game ( steam client )
one of them is "persona 5 phantom thieves costume set 2 ( pre-order )"

I confirm that now he also has me, all 7 DLCs have appeared (before I only have 5)

I don't have it either... (Also a Premium Edition prepurchase -- to add to my P4G, SMT3:N and P5:S ports while waiting for the PC version of P5R...)

Hope its a distribution issue and it will be GA when the game unlocks...

I only have 6 DLCs and all of them were added on Jun 15. I don't see no persona 5 costume. Should I be worried?

maybe some DLC is blocked in your region?
