Well, their--Hikari Field-- primary language is Chinese afterall, you can't hope so much from them. Even the community translation was abandoned 4 years to this date, left us with only 30% translated. Some from the community said that it just normal cuz it's insanely hard to translate one of the characters in the novel who's crap in japanese and stuffs.

Oh and if you notice, their english release, mostly or maybe all of it, were paired with another translation group like NekoNyan for Kin'iro Loveriche and Parquet, etc. I believe that they're doing the job translating to english as it's their primary language unlike HikariField. And finally HikariField do the publising job.
Yeah, with that, I'm just hoping that the upcoming english Hello Lady! will be the update for HikariField's version, and not sold spearetely.

Update: Oh no, I just discovered that both translator Chinese and English act as separate publishers and has single store page cuz they literally shared the same VN title.

Although I am a Chinese user, I also hope to launch English, because Chinese is not available in some good games, so I can understand your feelings. I also hope that English will come to this great gal game soon. Luna Sama is really great
