The main thing PC has that mobile doesn't (or at least not without peripherals? No clue if it'd work with a connected keyboard) is hotkeys for most actions during play. 1-5 for using actions/locking in dice, QWERTY for spells, Z for undo, etc.
I believe that more screen space will also be a boon for some game modes such as Raid since you'll generally have a lot more screen space to fit everything, especially if you lower the UI size.
Depending on how interested you are in Textmod stuff PC is also probably better for both loading in larger mod collections, and tinkering with your own mods. For the former it's simply due to likely having better hardware to handle the large amount of text being pasted in, and for the latter it's certainly a lot easier to have a text editor open on the side of the game for putting everything together in.
So overall I wouldn't say it's significantly different, but it does make for a much smoother experience all around in my opinion.
