This game is downright insane.

I have been playing almost nonstop. It has DRAINED my life and I've only played the android Demo for the most part. And I have yet to see a lot of stuff but doesn't seem like there's a 4th tier of heroes. The way almost every dice ability has their SFX and VFX ugh it's so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good. Quickly became one of my favourite rogue likes

You can DEFINITELY get to level 4. In fact, you can get to at least level 13, probably higher, and that's without nightmare mode (I can't remember if Nightmare levels you up, don't remember).

Nightmare levels you up.
There are no designed heroes above tier 3, but there are ways to get t4+ heroes, which will be randomly generated.
The full game has a lot more modes than the demo, which go up to level 20 and have you face a much stronger final boss than floor 12 (floor 12 bosses are actually kinda wimpy tbh) with a full team of tier 3 heroes and items going up to t9 (though items of higher tiers have actually been designed, if you get them). The demo mode going to floor 12 is still available, if you want to play it for some reason.

Yeah I should've said, you definitely can't hit level 13 or anywhere close in the demo. :P
