Limited resources game mode instead of limited spawn tickets?

Wouldn't it be nice if there were a game mode with limited total resources on a whole map instead of spawn tickets? That way when all resource spots run out, the winning team would be the one with the most resources or the one that uses its resources the wisest. The whole "stay dead" mechanic is not fun - it's, you know, potentially a lot of time simply not playing the game. At least if you could still spawn, you could still fight it out on foot, and support vehicles and turrets remaining.

At least have it as a game mode option to try it out, not change the whole game into only that. It has worked in many past games before, although in some you could speed up extraction of resources by manually mining (20 players mining add 20 resources per second). Just a suggestion.

i like the sound of this because i hate limited spawns
i want to be able to throw myself at the enemy without causing my side to lose by taking everyones spawns lol
