I actually came across the screen transition problem on screen 5 rather than 2 before I realized I could shotgun jump it. It'd be nice if there should be some kind of buffer if your hooked before a screen transition happens since it feels rather unintuitive currently.
The problem really is just hooks and screen transitions, especially when going to a screen transition doesn't properly refresh the hook so you're just freefalling and praying. (sometimes It refreshes sometimes it doesn't it's weird)

1. The Hook upgrade (let's you shorten it mid-swing)
2. The bullet-pushback upgrade from the fae kingdom area
3. The Shotgun
Swinging with the hook-shortening mid-swing is crucial as it gets you tons of air. The shotgun (with the extra bullet pushback trinket) is even MORE crucial because it gives you a lot of extra air AND a lot of control for correcting your movement.
With a tiny bit of practice, you can make a joke of this level by Vaulting yourself up the side and using the shotgun to give yourself and even bigger boost. You can seriously go up an entire screen in two swings or less on some of them.
I don't mind the climb itself (made it up to the third screen, yay!), but my biggest issue is the camera. Considering how extremely vertical the climb is, it might be nicer if the camera would show you a bit more of what's above you in this section. So much of it comes down to memorization, since you don't actually get to see what you're trying to grapple onto until you've launched yourself up past the current camera position.
EDIT: Well, I can finally make it past the second screen and a few more in regularly, but I still stand by the idea that the camera in this section is kind of an issue. It doesn't help that the camera drifts towards where your cursor is, and the game seems to want you to use your weapon to help propel yourself upwards, so you're always aiming down when starting most of the jumps. For example, here's a random screenshot from one of the jumps on the first screen:

I mean, yeah, I pretty much have that screen memorized at this point, but that's kind of ridiculous to HAVE to memorize it. Otherwise you're having to do a test jump each time to see what the next obstacle is and then adjust once you've caught yourself.
Here's a shot from the 5th screen:

If I counted the screens wrong, that's the one after the first screen with the bouncy yellow gems.. the one where you have to jump quite a ways over to the left on each jump. However, that first jump is pretty much blind, since even with the camera not going that far down since we're already at the bottom of the screen, you still can't see where you're going until you're already in motion.
But like, why even have time limit then if i fall down anyway. I will finish this, but as a person who likes precision platforming and games that combine it with metroidvanias like Aeterna Noctis - this challenge is infuriating. Time limit = good. Loose everything on one mistake late in the challenge = bad meme mechanics for streamers. I playing for myself and my screams of rage are not really entertaining anyone
It's also super bad because screens are wide not tall, making game that is as zoomed in as this one a vertical challenge where i often need to shoot into grass that i CANNOT YET SEE is such a rookie mistake it's buffling. If you can't zoom-out then design levels accordingly.
edit: beated it, 1:36, need to chill a bit. I play with 200% boss HP and this was still biggest challenge yet,
Congrats on beating Juni's Challenge! If you are frustrated about the time limit, you can also toggle it on and off in the accessibility settings.
I think the most bother I had was during screen transitions where one screen I'd be aiming down with my shotgun but because the cursor stays in the same screen space between screens, I'd suddenly be aiming upwards and I'd blast myself back down the mountain.
Not sure how I feel about it. It's definitely a challenge I can imagine a number of players just give up on. I don't mind that it locks you out of a trinket and 100% the game because that should be challenge but I'm not too fond of it locking you out of one of the DLC areas which so far I'm finding is a lot more forgiving with the checkpoints and lack of timer.
EDIT: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZKgmd5mRts Successful attempt at 5:03
Congrats! While it is easier to get to that DLC area by passing Juni's Challenge, it is also possible to get to that area without doing so though it can be quite difficult.
