Problems with speedrunning

What are the conditions for getting all the endings in speedrun mode?
I don't understand some of the conditions.

1. As an example, is it possible to use a powerful jump and fast movement?

Since some speedrunners did not use either one or the other. Although at one speedrun the guy reached the D ending using all of this.

2. Are there any required triggers?

Someone wrote that a battle with Maya is obligatory and that you need to give the tree 4 parts of titania.


I'm also wondering if it's still possible to shoot through doors with a sniper rifle?
Seedrunners often used this method, but it doesn’t work out for me at all. Because of this, I want to know if this bug still works?

The sniper bug has been fixed, so most old routes don't work as well anymore. You don't need to trigger anything to beat the game, but the ending is different depending on what you skip. The charge jump isn't required for anything I can think of, so most people skip it, which also lets you get the achievement where you don't talk to the Seer.
