Platformer Multi-Dimensional Designs
I have a pretty good idea of the type of game that i want to create. Can i use this product to where i can change camera areas and use multiple dimensions essentially? in example, if I a part of the game where the setup is standard scrolling platformer, is it able to allow the character to go into a door and open up into a room that the camera is more isometric and such. Also, can you have places where you have to jump and use vertical platforming in those isometric type gaming? Does this make sense in explanation? I want to use all of the type of camera angles and potential platforms in one experience.

Game generation in VGM starts with the player pick a genre (Platformer, Top-Down Adventure, Runner, Shooting Gallery, etc). This genre defines things like base hero movement, camera controls, and tilemap rules. While your idea sounds super cool, it's probably beyond the scope of what you can tweak here.

Good luck with the concept, though! :)
