I did. But I failed. T_T The dead characters are Anders, Riva, Heinrich, Wolfgang, Harold, Dieter, Stahl, Nis, Torben and Esther.

These achievements seem to be a tiny bit off. I'm going for Peace Broker right now and even if most characters are alive at the end of the game the achievement still isn't popping.

You indeed killed more than 7 characters. The problem is that you have met the criteria for other Ending achievements. What are your points of Relations with Fractions? They should be both negative and positive to avoid getting Diplomat or Chaos Agent achievements.
Or maybe you're following Esther's, Margit's or Resistance line? You shouldn't then.

Thank you! The achievements was unsuccessful because all the groups had less than 2 relationships. After raising the group's relationship to more than 2, I was able to achieve the achievements.

Thank you!!! I also failed because of the achievement that required relationship points with all groups to be less than 2. If I hadn't read your comment I might never have known! It's so annoying that doing two achievements at once isn't allowed!
