When the content updates stop, that's when things are a problem.
Those broadcasts aren't always live. They're usually prerecorded unless otherwise specified. The woman speaking is literally the person the OP mentioned left the company. She was the community manager. This is a very old video seeing as she has been gone for a few weeks now.
Katie was part of Raw Fury and was really active (more than I've ever seen a CM be X) ) here and on Discord before the release of the game. Then she left the company a month ago (for private reasons), explaining why she's no longer active since.
The developper have never been actively communicating, almost always going through the publisher for announcements and not always giving them enough info (the roadmap is long overdue). Unfortunately, this hasn't changed. But they're still patching the game as seen yesterday.
On the publisher side, there is someone continuing the CM work, with a more normal presence on Discord but unfortunately less visible here.
First of all, hello! I'm Asteyni and I am the Community Ambassador for Superfuse. I've been here since September and I don't have any plans on going anywhere! Nice to meet you all! My job is to help with community management and outreach, and I work with our community managers to facilitate that.
I'm most active in Discord, but I've just been set up on Steam as well, so you may see me around here a bit more!
Unfortunately I did take some time off in February, and some other things happened internally during that time that resulted in us being quieter on social media and here in Steam than we would have liked. But I can promise you that we are all dedicated to Superfuse! I think it's a really great game with a lot of potential, and we're so excited to be building it alongside you.
A big reason why Stitch Heads wanted to launch Early Access is to make that happen. They want your feedback and ideas, and to listen to the community and make them game that they want to play while still keeping it true to their vision: a love letter to Diablo 2.
It's a small team, so some of these changes (like big content updates) are going to take time. But we are working on putting out a roadmap so you can know exactly what to expect for Superfuse's development and what our plan is there!
If you'd like to chat more, feel free to join the Discord community if you haven't yet! But I hope this answers some of your questions.
