Fire arrows cost is absurdly high -- you can pretty much extract all silver from wanderers by selling few of those and it just takes wood to make them.

Structural decay.

Would you please consider making the decay of structures such as walls and buildings a toggle so we can turn it off please?
While I understand the repair mechanic I find it to be awful. I have some buildings that have parts that required scaffolding to build. That scaffolding is gone now. I did not enjoy having to build it or remove it once the building was finished.
The thing is that I don't want to have to rebuild the scaffolding every few years to repair walls I cannot get to without it. I feel this decay will do nothing much but deter people from building elaborate structures.
My church (Shown with part of the roof removed and an inner wall section highlighted) already has internal parts down by 10%. It has not been very long since I finished it.

Cheers. I have built too much for this game now. That church is only a small part of it and it's really struggling to run anymore. Chugs pretty badly moving the camera. Bit sad.

Nice buildings. Mines only half the size and is grinding to a halt, double clicking is impossible and scrolling the map erratic.

Yeah, Mines not a potato but it's not a beast. To move the camera I have it in normal speed or paused. Its movement speed is fine at flat out but it's blurry so I can't really see clearly. Just easier to pause or reduce speed. Like you I cannot doubleclick at anything above normal speed anymore. Whole thing works fine at normal but normal is too slow. Progress is just plain boring at normal. It's good for fiddly stuff though so all good.

Time to start again I guess. Or take a break and hope they optimise things a little with the next update.

I am getting a bit of erratic behaviour with commands and I think it's pretty much reached it's current limits for me. But it's pretty big. took me ages. It's not entirely unexpected. Too many actions going on I think. Too many individual items. All my nobles are confused and refuse to do things properly for whatever reasons. For example they wont build trophies because 'there are no corpses' but there are corpses and if I manually command them they start will make out like they are doing it but wont finish. Just change their mind while pathing and wander off to other things.

Oh well.. Still fun though. Definitely not a game that allows you to fill the map yet but hopefully it's getting there.

Deffo still fun, great game and there is always movement, I also bought Going Medieval and the update path on that compared to this is non comparable. Xobermon really seem to be making this game not only better regularly but listening to what people want. If they get the end game a little more exciting and optimise it so it doesn't grind to a halt it is going to be a huge winner

Contrary to what you may think - raids are scaled based on your kingdom size, so all sizes are sustainable.
Option to crank up attacker:defender ratio. Anything below 3:1 is suicidal for attackers. Every invasion is fresh meat delivery at the moment.

After last update, on existing games some furniture is blocked.
Cannot build a chair, because I need to learn the stump(new, right?) and the stool before.
I'm all the way to winter, my best builder (12++) had build a dozen chairs before, and even more stools

Is this a mod? I have got a new Japanese building type and I thought it was via a mod. I didn't see any update. Some of the mod items are not set correctly. Things like the flash hearth not being recognised as a hearth when used to satisfy prestige wants IIRC.

Without playing and checking I would just ask you to check if you have the mod that adds things like that and if that has been updated and maybe that mod is locking/reverting your progress. I have not noticed official patch notes adding furniture but it could be the case and it could be a glitch. Just wondering though since if it is the mod I will get it too later on.

Aye - this is because they're gated by stumps (the entry level chair) now - build a stump and it'll unblock everything again. Same for ramshackle table to normal tables.

We have some stuff coming down the pipe for research that will prevent this issue in the future.

Not sure if has been mentioned yet but if I assign people to bury some corpses at the same time, they will place multiple corpses in the same grave. I think that if I assign them quicker than the program designates the grave to a corpse or a person tasked to it, this becomes the case.

This likely happened when I pause the game to assign them to this task. I don't think I have seen this without directly assigning people to the task of burying the corpse.

It doesn't do anything horrible or game-breaking, and the last individual that gets buried is the name on the grave.

Did you remove a mod?
Skullbone Jonez 24. apr. 2022 kl. 13:51
I had an old mod loading out of order after adding a new mod. When i finally discovered it and discovered how to change the loading order the save finally loaded without crash and all is fixed. TY for the fast response. i didn't want to lose my little keep. I had a dream start in the best location yet.
