Tool tips

First, I'm having a ton of fun with the game!

One small suggestion - I noticed there are tool tips that basically just repeat what the label says for some of the UI. Reading your explanations in the discussions, I see you giving really clear, short explanations of various functions in the game. Would it be possible to add explanations like that in tool tips? I'm thinking of the various check boxes in particular, but I think it'd be useful more generally, and could also show the hotkeys for the function if those are added.

Otherwise, I'm sure you'll be iterating on the UI a lot during EA, but I gotta say you've done a great job so far.

Perhaps the UI could use a temporary (?) button titled "Xobermon's Almanac" that incorporates all of the wisdom you have deposited here in the forum that cannot yet be found within the game itself 🤣
