Bug on Cleric's Artifact while under Hourglass Freeze Time

I was in a hourglass artifact buff, and I use the reuse rune artifact skill, and nothing happened, and it consumed my charges and the stone of deep sleep i was keeping.

Which scroll or runestone were you attempting to re-use? It's worth noting that in this case the hourglass buff would be cancelled, as you're using magic.
