How to beat Tengu?

Hi friends! Trying to figure out how to beat the ninja boss, Tengu. I like to play Huntress but my bow doesn't do enough damage and if i try to melee him, I just end up taking extra poison damage.

ok so i have some tips for you first try to keep your invisible potion thats can be really useful
personally i love using the yellow seed thats can stop time for a short period of time
to deal some damage try to trow fire potion at him
dont be gready on your heal if you have a potion of heal use it
you probably not gonna love me when ima say this but the huntress is trash the bow is useless later in game because of all the trowable you got use the rogue or the warrior
heal up before fight take the green seed and sleep you will heal up really fast ( dont do this in fight )
keep your water its really useful when you need to gain hp really fast

One thing to note is that you never have to take any poison damage when approaching Tengu. Take note of the traps he lays out when he changes position, there is always a safe route to take.

Every time he teleports, the poisonous tiles are briefly displayed (before fading away in one or two seconds) and there's always a clear path to him where you don't get poisoned.

Part 1. Set him on fire. Throw a potion of fire at him, blast him with a wand of fire, hit him with a tipped fire dart, etc. He has to hit half life to end part 1, so any thrown weapons or bows will increase the speed of this. Try not to move. Stick with fire, wands, gas and projectiles. It should be over quickly.

Part 2. Again, quickly set him on fire. Use gas, projectiles, wands. Avoid the fire clouds and electric fields. If you have any runes of blink, they will allow you to get to him with a good melee hit. Otherwise, this is a ranged fight that is very easy if you save the right potions for it.

In my opinion tengu might be the easiest one to deal with. If you have a decent armor he cannot deal any serious damage to you in phase1. As for phase2 it is trickier, for huntress ideally should be easier (you don't have to try to melee him), the problem is the fire and bomb he throws, use more assistant equipments such as bomb and fire scroll would help
