Evading pitfall drap without levitation potion?

So, yeah I went to the explore on floor 16, I just had a single levitation potion went over the trap , but there is a trap on the other side too and now I'm "locked". I guess I should be max HP n try the trap? I'm warlock luckily so I can keep satiety at bay if there are some foes spawning

pitfall traps are tricky but if you know the trap is there you've got quite a few options, the simplest of which is to just throw an item onto the trap. You can even do it from adjacent to the trap and then step back on the next turn.

Oh ye I thought about throwing an item but thought then I couldn't go back (cuz it would remain collapsed)+ I wouldn't be able to get a small amount for selling older Item (which is marginal or negligible unless if enchanted)

I have 2 enchanted armor strength 14 n 1 enchanted wep with grim tho(Scitimar so it attacks fast). I have 3-4 wep+armor at Str 16-17 so those are more expendable. ♟️
