Game closes out of itself?

Long time player of Shattered Pixel Dungeon, me and my gf have played it since the beginning of our (sadly fresh over) relationship. Absolutely love it on pc and cant wait to play full release! Sadly within the first few minutes of me playing the game demo it kept minimizing the game. Now I do believe I totally could just be pressing an escape key and not realizing. I doubt it's my pc but who knows? Happy the games out!

Sorry about your relationship, but I am glad to hear you've been enjoying the game for so long!

That minimizing behavior is very odd. The game only tries to change its window status right when it is launched, or when you turn fullscreen on or off, and never attempts to minimize itself. It does sound like you might be hitting a key combination that could do this. As an example, the win key plus the down arrow can minimize a window, and win+d minimizes all windows.

If you're sure you're not hitting any hotkeys, does this happen both when the game is in fullscreen and windowed mode?
