No Blank Spots Achievement?

Is the only way to achieve a perfect score is to be on Cece's path? I'm currently playing a Lexi route now and followed everything from the guide but I am getting only 14/15.

This is a tricky one to get but a few tips just make sure at the end of each chapter you've haven't missed anything to do with her and in the hospital say and show the right pic's. You don't have to be in a relationship with her to get 15/15 but that's your choice. I will only give hits not answer's for achievements.

I know I got there with Linda, but not everyone else. I had not gotten the DLC for the tips when I played my Cece path so flying blind I got like 10. I will replay just for that.

If you're still trying to get this, and don't have the walkthrough enabled (which will guide you) Here's what you have to do, there are a few opportunities that you can't have missed earlier in the game, which I'll address first (You need to do at least 2 of the following 5):

1. (Chapter 2) When Cece is in the hospital, she will take a picture of herself and post it to Nuke. Click on her Nuke, click on the photo, and download it into your gallery.
2. (Chapter 2) When you take Cece and Linda shopping for clothes, there will be a photo prompt that you have to take to get a photo of them in your gallery.
3. (Chapter 4) You need to get Nite Dawg's autograph for Cece, which means either asking Lexi when it pops up as an option, or alternatively, mentioning you couldn't get it to Cece while in the limo (going to see Steph). When you return from the trip there Kevin will say he overheard what you said and can set up a meeting for her.
4. (Chapter 4) Get Robin's PIN by looking at one of Kira's Nukes after Robin shows you she's using her toy.
5. (Chapter 4) When Cece is alone on the couch at Lexi's and you're trying to cheer her up, you need to pull out your phone, chat, and send her a message. Continuing back and forth until the conversation ends.

When Cece wakes up in the hospital, choose Get Linda +2 (2)
When Linda asks you what you're going to say, tell here you have no idea. This will have her send you a message right before you walk into the room. Check your phone, chat with Linda, and get the picture added to your gallery.
Make sure that you've downloaded the two photos from Lexi's Nuke that are Lexi and Cece, one serious, one goofy. These three photos are necessary for the 15/15 if you aren't on the Cece path. Once you've ensured you have all three of these photos in your gallery, you're ready to go see Cece, are starting with 2 points for getting Linda when she woke up.
Knock first before entering +1 (3)
First choice: Make a Joke +1 (4)
Second choice: Tell her to ask you about anything +1 (5) DO NOT TALK ABOUT HER LEGS
Now you can show/tell her up to 5 things:
Show her the three pictures mentioned above for +3, +2, +2 (12)
For the final 2, you have 4 options to choose from that will each give you +1:
Picture of Cece in her hospital gown from chapter 2
Picture of Cece and Linda at the store from chapter 2
Talk to her about getting Nite Dawg's autograph
Talk to her about using Robin's toy
Show her your chat history from when you cheered her up

After choosing two of those options, you'll get a conversation prompt where you can either try to show her another photo, or tell her "You look tired." Tell her she looks tired for your 15th and final point.

That very last one was the one I missed to get the final point. I will try that again the next time I play the game. Thanks.

Since you have limited photos to show and some are worth more than others, you need to make up the last point some other way.

I missed it on my first couple runs until I was looking at a guide, and found out you CAN cheer her up when she's on Lexi's couch. You have a specific moment where you can text her first. If you do, you can show her a cat meme, and use the chat history for an extra point later when you're trying to get her memories back.

I forgot about that one, that's another option to show/tell her that would be added to the other 4 options I mentioned.
