Its not yet in the game
I play this way, when I cannot win the normal game.
If there are rivers on the map, navy can be much more useful. I've just played a game on Mesapotamia map where my ship was useful all game (conqest type so it was a long game)
When the opportunity pops up I clearly don't need it, but afterwise, once I want to go further, it's just a pain to see useless troops plundering power yield. It makes the ending too tedious while you're full of money.
We may add it one day. It's honestly not a common request, hence the low prioritisation to date. Also, it is quite rare that you actually benefit from losing a unit IMO. You may find that as you play the game more, it ceases to bother you.
I will defo keep it in mind tho. One workaround for now: you can often get your unit killed on purpose by leaving it in a vulnerable hex by itself and waiting a few turns.
Anyway, nice job here, the game is overall pretty fun.
And it's only getting worse over time, at this point the Harrapans are so urbanized that even the lucky streak of power opportunities that I'm waiting for wont be enough to break through.
So now I'm facing either starting over (♥♥♥♥ that) or cheating, either the game if I can, or just the achievement via SAM.
Still no disband ;_;
