In the past Davy depuydt or somethign made a great version tool called: Pcm tools; anybody know how i can find that? Thanks!

I think the links on his website are all dead, although I don't think he made a career explorer for PCM 22 anyway. FWIW he's currently working on PCM+, a tool that seems to go well beyond the scope of the career explorer (check out his Twitter if you're curious).
