Energy Gel
I wish there was a clearer reference on what the controls mean and what the buttons do, but I'm getting there. I'm still a bit doubtful about my understanding of Energy Gel.

I press the button and it prepares for a while (while the button flashes), I think.

And then my yellow and red bars fill. Cool. Does it take anything off the green bar?
