DLC or sequel?

Are there any plans for DLC for this game? Maybe even a sequel game? Like a new map/game featuring a psychotic monorail train with a name like, maybe, Blaine?

iirc the game sold and reviewed well. Also if you saw the ending where there are more evil train eggs, it's probably very likely there will be more content in one way or another.

The dev said a long time ago that he planned to add some more quests and locations to the game, but not sure if it's still happening
