im softlocked every time i play

when i went to the first mine wich is in the southern parts of island, I died so i was hoping that i could just go back to the mine but the game would not let me back in, so i restarted the game but this time when i was leaving the mine the door to exit was locked and i got stuck there. So yet another soft lock.

This happend to me aswell. I have collected the two other eggs but since i cant get into the first mine I cant finish the game.

same happend to me, i went to the cave and opened the door, then i found the egg the door was locked and i had to die to get out. egg went back and i lost the key. so its permanently locked, same with the north cave. i opened the gate, died inside and gate was locked again.

Can relate. Don't know where to actually report bugs so ill post on this thread. Hopefully dev sees.

I think the dev should make something like a discord server. Would be cool having general chat, another chat for bugs and etc.

Literally the only thing preventing me from completing the game is the door in the southern mine. I've tried restarting the game and it still closed on me when I was omw to leave.

Hey Boscoras. I re-installed the game and got a cutscene i had never gotten before. Before i just got teleported straight to the train from the dock, but after playing the start and getting back to the cave it worked normally. I think i accidentally skipped the start somehow in my first install. Might work for you aswell if you've somehow skipped the start.

To find the save files, navigate to "C:\Users\*Your PC*\AppData\Local\Obscure" on your PC, and send over the folder named "Obscure". Thanks!

The same happened to me. idk if this will solve it for you but it did for me. i restarted the game and made a new game.

A mí por fortuna no me ha pasado esto, pero suena a que no se ha guardado correctamente, tal vez cuando te mataron se reseteó y quedaba como que tenías que ir a cojer otra vez la misión aunque me parece raro.

Intenta crear una nueva partida si no te deja continuar correctamente desde el guardado, ¿lo has probado? ¿te ha salido bien?

Respecto al dev, yo creo que puedes acudir a su YB, ahí seguro está su mail comercial así que puedes enviarle la información, lo del discord estaría bien, la verdad, aunque no sé yo si entraría gente con toxicidad, leyendo ciertos comentarios por aquí.. :O

Imagino que implantar el sistema de errores es un poco complicado, no sé cuanto podría costar, vaya, igual hablando por aquí ha contestado, ¡¡qué bien!! ^^

Fortunately this has not happened to me, but it sounds like it has not been saved correctly, maybe when they killed you it reset and it was like you had to go take the mission again although it seems strange to me.

Try creating a new game if it doesn't let you continue correctly from the save, have you tried it? did it go well?

Regarding the dev, I think you can go to his YB, his commercial email is there for sure so you can send him the information, the discord thing would be fine, really, although I don't know if people with toxicity would come in, reading certain comments here .. :EITHER

I imagine that implementing the error system is a bit complicated, I don't know how much it could cost, wow, speaking here you have answered anyway, great!! ^^
