can't enter/exit mines

did the first mine, got in took the egg, got out. in the second mine I died, when I tried to enter again it was locked.. skipped ot the third mine, got the egg and tried to get out. but the door was locked, could not find another way out... tried restarting game and verify files, but nothing... all optional and weapons quest are done.

found out the save was glitched, after the boat in the beginning it skipped right to the train. teleporting me and eugene straight inside the train, not having to pickup the key to the door. started new save, all good.
