Thanks for the report, specs and crash logs. These really help narrow things down.

Argh... I've not heard of crashes once it's successfully loaded. But I see it's running on a Ryzen and I do hear of issues with those. Visuals fail completely for some - link but I'm not convinced this is your issue.

It looks like "Exception code: 0xc0000005" can relate to "problems including malware infection, low or damaged RAM, corrupted registry files, or incorrect hardware configuration".

I've personally had similar problems that were caused by a failing RAM board. A RAM check would uncover any issues there.
Have you experienced other games or applications failing after some time?

only other 'crashes' ive had of recent is chrome/chromeum web browser crashing, not the browser it self, the website or tab im on, happens most when watching youtube.

ive tryed RAM checks but it either doesnt work or crashes (the irony is thick here) but i guess i need to see in updating my RAM

thanks for the reply!

Hmmm... crashing during a RAM test does seem to point to some kind of hardware failure, and not necessarily the RAM itself. It looks like there are a lot of "Exception code: 0xc0000005" troubleshooting guides online. I suppose a quick test to see if it is RAM related would be to remove one of the RAM boards (if you have more than one installed), and then swap if it still crashes. It's super unlikely to be both.

Good luck in your investigation. Let me know how you get on.

update: ran the windows ram check, full test 3 times, no errors, so im now really unsure
bright side the game runs better, takes longer to crash

ive already gone ahead and bought a new kit

fingers crossed its the ram and replacing fixes it

I would still do the other trouble shooting checks for that error.
If those or the new RAM don't fix the problem, it could just be that the game engine doesn't like Ryzen CPUs. If all other games you play are not crashing with this error, then this is much more likely the case.

every other game works fine, so ig the engine doesnt like ryxen :( oh well, i still got my money's worth of fun from it

thanks for being active in finding what's wrong, really shows your strong character
have a good day

Gutted that seems to be the case. If the CPU engine combination is causing a memory leak, you might find it takes longer to crash if you add the new RAM board to your existing one (if there's motherboard space). PCs love more RAM.
That's little consolation though and we may be clutching at straws. These edge cases are a frustrating pill to swallow. By all means request a refund.
Thanks for the info exchange!
