Is there a command to delete items on the floor?

Hello my friend, I am a person who likes to build a base while playing in offline mode. I often have problems with items falling all over the place. Is there a command to delete them? Or how long does it take for items to disappear? Thank you in advance for your answer.

There is no command to delete everything on the ground, but the items will clear themselves based on the settings you assigned. We have better timeframe options coming with 1.0.

Thank you very much because the fastest setup is 5 days, which is very long. If possible, I would like to set it up in just 1 day or maybe 20 minutes.

We have scaled the options to begin from 1 day coming with 1.0 :)

It would be great if we could destroy normal cars that we can find items from the back of (apart from wreckage). It would increase the rarity of resources, or maybe allow some areas to be fully built, with a natural energy system that might cost more to build in exchange for a fuel system for the generator. It would be greatly appreciated because it would give us more options. Or maybe invite NPCs into the base to help us defend our house in exchange for us having to feed and water the NPCs, and enemy NPCs can climb vertical ladders.
