Quest does not update after repairing radio tower

It's not meant to. It's a persistent quest you will need to continually do and did not make sense to us to continually move it back and forth from completed to active.

Nope. Just activate the radio tower and however many days you have your server set to, you should get an airdrop, as denoted by the red circle that pops up on your map.
